Information is scattered
Files spread across personal storage, email and shared locations make ownership and access difficult to follow.

Microsoft 365, Intune & business collaboration
Microsoft 365 should help employees communicate, find information and get work done. I organize the tenant, accounts, devices and sharing arrangements—and help people understand the tools available to them.
Whether you need help with an existing tenant, an email transition, SharePoint or device management, I connect the technical setup with your daily workflows. Licensing, supported platforms and responsibilities are confirmed before changes begin.

Often a good fit for businesses with 5–25 employees. Larger organizations and specialized projects are welcome to discuss their needs.
When technology gets in the way
Useful applications are only part of the picture. Accounts, permissions, information structure and employee guidance determine how well the tools fit your business.
Files spread across personal storage, email and shared locations make ownership and access difficult to follow.
Accounts, licenses and device settings accumulate without a clear process for changes or departures.
A new account does not explain where to store work, how to share safely or whom to contact for help.
A practical way forward
Use a defined project, ongoing administration or shared responsibilities to address the parts of Microsoft 365 your business needs.
01 / SOLUTION
Review accounts, licensing, email and administration. Plan changes around existing systems, access and user transitions.
02 / SOLUTION
Structure SharePoint, OneDrive and collaboration around business workflows, with clear permissions and information ownership.
03 / SOLUTION
Prepare supported devices and applications, orient each employee and plan offboarding using the controls available.
What I can help with
I work across tenant administration, email, Intune, SharePoint and employee orientation. Features depend on the selected licenses, supported devices and configuration; the scope is agreed before implementation.
01 / CAPABILITY
Set up or organize your Microsoft 365 environment, including accounts, licenses and the administration details that support daily operations.
02 / CAPABILITY
Plan business email setup or a move into Microsoft 365, accounting for existing systems, user transitions and dependencies.
03 / CAPABILITY
Establish management for agreed devices and applications, with appropriate settings, access requirements and company-data boundaries.
04 / CAPABILITY
Organize shared business information around how teams work, with clear structure, permissions and ownership.
05 / CAPABILITY
Help employees understand how to find, share and work with information effectively, while considering internal and external access.
06 / CAPABILITY
Give each new hire one-on-one guidance on the available tools, practical workflows, safe data handling and how to request help.
What that means for your business
Give employees a practical structure for finding and sharing work while keeping ownership and access understandable.
Connect account preparation, device setup, orientation and offboarding instead of treating them as unrelated tasks.
Clarify the capabilities and licensing required for your workflows rather than assuming every plan includes every feature.
Microsoft 365 / Productivity + protection
Give your team the tools to work confidently—and put thoughtful controls around the information they use. I connect the setup, security and hands-on guidance so you can focus on running your business.
01 / Help people do their best work
Prepare documents, analyze numbers and coordinate tasks with familiar tools.
Word · Excel · PowerPoint · Planner
Bring email, calendars, meetings and appointments into a connected workflow.
Outlook · Exchange · Teams · Bookings
Organize individual and team files so people know where work belongs.
OneDrive · SharePoint · Forms
02 / Keep company information under control
Set appropriate sign-in requirements and access for each person’s role.
Microsoft Entra · Multifactor authentication
Apply agreed settings and protection across supported devices and applications.
Microsoft Intune · Microsoft Defender
Plan permissions and sharing practices around who needs the information.
SharePoint · OneDrive · Access permissions
Productivity and protection work together. Employees need useful tools and clear guidance. Your business needs control over who can access its information and how it is shared.
The capabilities shown span different plans. Teams, desktop apps, Intune, Defender and advanced access controls depend on licensing and configuration. I confirm what fits your business before purchasing.
Microsoft Intune / Company devices + personal devices
A laptop, tablet or phone should help an employee get things done without leaving company information unmanaged. I use Intune to establish the right arrangement for the device and the work apps.
Company-owned equipment
Business PC, laptop or mobile device
Device settings + work applications
MDM / Mobile device management
Approved personal equipment
Company information in supported apps
Personal content stays separate
MAM / Mobile application management
01 / PREPARE
Accounts, devices and work apps prepared for the employee’s role.
02 / ORIENT
One-on-one guidance on available technology, effective use and safe sharing.
03 / MAINTAIN
Review settings, access and device status within the agreed support scope.
04 / OFFBOARD
Revoke access and remove managed company data using supported controls.
Capabilities depend on platform, app, enrollment, licensing and device connectivity. Management and removal boundaries are agreed in advance. Unmanaged downloads or separate copies may require additional steps; device compliance is not a guarantee of regulatory compliance.
The details that matter
Onboarding prepares company-owned or approved personal devices within an agreed management scope. Offboarding revokes access and uses supported controls to remove company applications and managed data. Platform, enrollment, licensing and connectivity affect what can be managed or removed; unmanaged downloads and separate copies may require additional steps.
